The goal for this project was to provide a viable, contemporary living space that embraces the strong-held tradition of New Orleans. Each of the six levels were revitalized and hand-crafted to provide a unique and spectacular vantage point from which to experience the city. Thirty-six apartment units, all of which capture the breathtaking views of the Mississippi River, were articulated in brick, barge board, and plaster. Additional amenities added to the building include a swimming pool, roof-level observation deck, business and fitness center, and gated parking area.
